It depends whether you are sourcing alone or using our Premium service. Using our Premium service, we work quickly to find you a great nanny or housekeeper. This process usually takes 2-6 days, depending on your family’s unique needs.

We’re constantly recruiting from a variety of top-notch sources, including college campuses, established community network and online resources, including our own web site. Many of our quality candidates are referred to us directly by families and other jobseekers who love working with us. Jobseekers seek us out because they want to work with a reputable service that offers them access to legitimate inquiries.

This depends on your family’s unique needs. You can choose either a Free, Basic, Standard or Premium package ranging from KSh.0 to KSh.4,999. Once we’ve learned more about your specific needs, we’ll advise you on which service is ideal for you.

If you sign up for the Standard or Premium package, we include free screening or background check on the candidate. Our proprietary background screen is conducted by a certified human resource practitioner and includes identity check, work and school history, and criminal history.

Our training resources include an initial orientation, access to online training courses on common household chores, first-aid, child safety, security and age-appropriate fun prepared by our human capital consultants and child care professionals.

We take pride in the quality of our service and guarantee all nanny or housekeeper placements for 4 weeks. If, for any reason, the nanny or housekeeper doesn’t work out during that period, we’ll give a complementary Basic package that includes interview support for another nanny at no extra cost.
