Our custom recruitment services involves understanding the needs of the customer and matching them with the most suitable candidate.
The process of recruiting candidates includes sourcing them, interviewing them and gathering information on both their personal and work backgrounds. Finally, we carry out background checks on the candidates to make sure that they provide value to our customers.
Sourcing, Detailed Interview, Background Checks, Employment references, Proven work experience, Joint call and physical interviews, any other extra services required within our scope or outsourced at the customer's expense. Service fee equal to one month salary.
We offer personalized training on soft skills to our candidates to ensure that the employment relationship thrives and our clients enjoy peace of mind.
Once we place a candidate with an employer we provide free relationship management services within the first month. We make courtesy calls with both the employer and the employee to ensure that they set off on the right foundation. We provide a general agreement that aids in making the employer-employee relationship easily manageable.
Once 1 month has elapsed and the employer wishes to continue with the Relationship Management service, we offer a monthly subscription for the service.
